Hi Pat,
The recommended application time for TRMX Life 9000 mg is from 8 to 12 hours. Applying the TRMX Life does not require the use of separate adhesive because it is a self-stick pad. However, for people that move their feet a lot when they sleep or for people that have RLS ( Restless Leg Syndrome), we also recommend wearing a sock over it.
