Anxiety disorders can be treated with the following protocol as indicated below. You can apply the protocol daily and continue counseling with your therapist. This protocol can be very effective for you while you undergo a CBT session.
We recommend the following protocol:
Daily dosage is two (2) pads per day everyday.
