Eye twitching is caused by lack of good quality sleep and severe anxiety. When the mind cannot rest by feeling anxious all the time, the body's nervous system shuts down. The body's endocrine system that regulates hormone will be severely affected making it easy for the body to gain excess fat. The simplest cure is to follow the protocol below to greatly improve your sleep quality, to calm your mind, to completely remove heavy metals, and to burn off all those excess fat away. You can do all these while you sleep.
