A 35-year-old woman suffers from FSHD (Facio-Scapulo-Humeral Dystrophy).
Her brother and her father have the same problem.
She often has strong spams all over the body which provoke strong aches, physical and mental tiredness, sleeping disorders . Moreover in moments of great stress some red/pink spots appear on the skin, then they dry out and disappear. She is curing herself with potassium (Tachipirina) supplements and when she needs paracetamol.
What would you recommend to improve the situation?

Thank you
