Hello,
I lost 3 kg so far. I placed 4 everyday rather than your recommended 2. I am so HAPPY although feel little TIRED! My skin and hair look improved (SMOOTH and SHINY) for some reason.
Would it be a problem if I keep continue the same protocol?
