Hi Liam,
We highly recommend that you continue the same protocol with the recommended dosage. Although your body will improve faster when you increase the dosage, staying with the recommended dosage is recommended.
Improvement to the hair and skin condition is an expected result because it is one of the effects of Sporolife. All Kenrico products contain natural Sporolife.
