Hi Joy,
Beer, wine, or liquor contain histamines. If your tolerance has decreased, most likely caused by IVF, we recommend avoiding histamines intake.
The protocol below will address problems with elevated TSH, celllulite, weight gain, and chemical sensitivity.
Daily dosage is two (2) pads per day every day.
