Hi Adele,
We highly recommend that you use the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX 4 Original, the Red Edition EXA-2i, the Soothing Edition AQUA COOL TUV to get rid of water retention fast.
While administering the above treatment on the feet, using the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX LIFE PLUS directly on your hands at the same time is also highly recommended.
For application on the feet:
Daily dosage is two (2) pads per day everyday.
For application on the hands:
Daily dosage is two (2) pads per day everyday.
