Hi Karen,
Inhaling polluted air, dust, cigarettes and infection can cause scarring in the lung over time. We highly recommend using the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX 4 Original, the Super Detox Edition ZEO, the Blue Edition FX-2 and the Red Edition EXA-2i to treat the condition.
