Inflammation

Posted on September 11, 2020 at 08:30:36 PM by June
Hello,
I am in the process of tapering off of Prednisone (from 9 mg), which was prescribed for two illnesses: polymyalgia rheumatic and Giant Cell Arteritis. I want to be sure to keep any inflammation down so that no flare-ups occur as I taper. I also want to continue to eliminate the toxins created by the Prednisone.
I have been using the TRMX4 since February this year. I did one month with two pads on each foot (at that point I was taking 40 mg of Prednisone) but mostly I have been using one pad each night, placed at the top (ball) of the foot, up close to the toes. Is this the appropriate protocol?
FYI, I am also treating the situation through diet, Ayurvedic herbs, etc. I live a very pure life in a protected setting and rural atmosphere (vegetarian, no alcohol or tobacco, drugs, etc.)
