Please contact your supplier directly because they can answer your questions in more details regarding genuinity, usage instructions and used by date.
The reason why we do not distribute our product directly to consumers is to meet the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard. It is also for the benefit of the consumers. A manufacturer whose products that are used in the cure of the health of millions of people must be involved in the manufacturing and quality assurance only. Once these requirements are met, the products are distributed to qualified distributors (such as distributors with MD, DO, ND or equivalent qualifications or distributors that are authorized and licensed through Kenrico) that can perform their responsibilities, such as cross quality checking, for distribution to the consumers in their countries.
It is the reason why successful pharmaceutical manufacturers do not sell their products directly to the consumers. As a consumer, you will have to be very wary of any manufacturer that sells health related products directly to individual consumers because they are skipping many of the essential regulation that are made for the safety of the consumers.
We are a GMP, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2000 certified pharmaceutical manufacturer. The reason why all of our pads are very effective and chosen by consumers is not only because they are made according the Japanese regulation with the highest standard of manufacturing, they are tested and confirmed with clinical studies for many years before they can be administered on human as a cure.
Our high standard applies to the distributors that sell our products too. Only distributors that have met our high standards are permitted to sell our products to the consumers. Therefore, you can be assured that you get 100% genuine pads from places, distributors or sellers that have Kenrico as their manufacturer. We also continuously monitor all places and locations that sell our products daily.
