Hi Lindsay,
For four (4) pads per day of dosage, you can apply one (1) pad on each foot according to the prescribed weekly protocol 2x a day, or apply two (2) pads on each foot according to the prescribed weekly protocol 1x a day.
For two (2) pads per day of dosage, you can apply one (1) pad on each foot according to the prescribed weekly protocol 1x a day.
One exception is the Diamond Hybrid Edition DHE where it can be applied to each foot or directly on top of the problematic areas according to the prescribed weekly protocol.
