Hi Antonella,
The solar plexus according to the 3D foot reflexology chart are located on the top center section of both left and right foot. You can place Diamond Hybrid Edition DHE 30th Anniversary on either section of left OR right foot.
The Supreme Gold Edition TRMX 4 Original can be placed on the sections of brain stem / cerebellum / head OR liver OR kidney OR lymph glands. Placing the TRMX 4 onto any of these prescribed sections are highly recommended.
