Multiple Sclerosis, Lyme, Mercury

Hello!
I am interested in your recommendations for my daughter. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009, and in 2013, we found she has Lyme. Heavy neurological involvement; bed-bound, fed via g-tube, speech and swallowing greatly affected. Nystagmus. She has mercury toxicity, likely attributable to the many tattoos she has. History of past mold exposure. MTHFR genetic variances that affect her body’s ability to detoxify. Thank you in advance!
