Hi Shlomi,
After analyzing your condition, we noticed that your BMI is 29.5 (severe overweight). Your body also does not respond well to alcohol because consuming it causes you to get heartburn, runny nose, and dry cough. The damaged tendon in both your knees (patellar tendinitis) is not healing well as it constantly gives you pain to your knees, feet, and lower back. This pain sensation increases your stress level that reduces your sleep quality by making you difficult to sleep well at night.
The weakened tendon in your knees causes excess pressure on the joints, which, in turn, caused inflammation. The inflammation is the cause of the pain that you are experiencing. The nerves in the feet, knees, and lower back are from the same group of nerves. If you feel pain in the knees, you will feel the pain in the feet and lower back as well.
