Hi there,
Periodontal diseases take on many different forms, but is usually a result of bacterial infection of the gums. Improper or insufficient oral hygiene is normally the cause, however "stress" and especially "smoking" are the main factors besides bacteria.
To eliminate harmful bacteria growth, please use two of the blue edition pads (FX-2) on each foot (one patch on top of the foot directly onto the reflex point of gums/jaw/teeth and the other onto the bottom of the foot). Please refer to the reflexology map for more details.
We highly recommend our gold edition pads (TRMX-1 or TRMX-2) to help relieve stress and remove toxins associated with smoking from our system. According to our brainwave research, our gold edition pads can increase alpha brainwave. Alpha brainwaves are conducive to creative problem solving, accelerated learning, mood elevation and stress reduction.
