Re(1): Plastic used for alkaline water stick

Hi Monica,

They are made from the highest grade of thermoplastics according to the regulation.

BPA-free and safest plastics according to the regulation are #2 (High Density Polyethylene), #4 (Low-Density Polyethylene) and #5 (Polypropylene), while #1 (PET) and #2 (High Density Polyethylene) are the best for recycling purposes. #2, #4 and #5 are thermoplastics, so they are the best plastics in terms of safety, strength (impact resistance) and durability (toughness).

Plastic with codes #3 (PVC), #6 (Polystyrene) and #7 (Others) are NOT suitable and must NOT be used for storing human consumable products (food, etc).

The plastics manufactured for the Forever Alkaline Water Stick Purifier is BPA free (thermoplastics) and made according to the regulation.

All the best,
KenricoCare
