Please help - puffy face and swollen ankles

Hi Kenrico, I have a problem with puffy face and swollen ankles. I did not feel anything special for one week until one morning when my face and ankles were all swollen up. It has been a month but the problems never go away. The foot pads I used don't look anything like foot pads shown in your products page. I am not sure who made them because the seller that I bought it from ignored to me. What can you do to help me and what do you suggest? I hope you can help me.
