We recommend reducing the amount of workout to 4 days a week and alternate the remaining 3 days with rest. Working out every day is not recommended for certain people because stress and tear in the muscles and the extra cortisol produced by the workout can cause water retention. The body needs a period of recovery after physical exercise to prevent water retention.
We believe you do not need the protocol because your condition is caused by too much exercise. Reducing the amount of workout alone will improve your condition.
