Question about kenrico hand patch

I'm 18 and a pro gamer from Bavaria, Germany. I placed in the top 10 in a worldwide gaming competition. I've seen your hand patch called TRMX LIFE. I use my fingers and gamepads a lot, and sometimes after gaming for three days straight, I can barely move my fingers the next day. Would this help me? Also are there any side effects I should know about?
