Question about pads

Hi,
I have been using your pads for over two years on my feet enjoying lots of detoxing. The most recent batch purchased has not had any effect. I always wear socks and know it takes some moisture to have a good result so I will make sure my feet are cleaned before putting them on. I dry them but they are freshly washed. There is usually a lot of sticky goo but nothing much at all except the contents of the package bunch up as a white lump under the pad. I am wondering if there is anything different about this latest batch.
