Random Eczema cuts on hands keep reopening

Hello,
I'm 34 years old woman after 3 pregnancies, (last one was a year ago), still breastfeeding.
I got random Eczema cuts (maybe atopic dermatitis) on my hands that keeps coming back.
These cuts really hurts and prevent me from normal life.
I'm 50kg, 160cm, normal Mediterranean diet, but i eat a lot of sweets during the night before going to sleep.
I use a lot of cleaning materials like fairy for dishes laundry detergent, blich but I'm trying to use more natural cleaning materials instead.
I think i also stressed out and have anxiety or even depression after giving birth.
I also suffer from heavy hair loss.
I need your help to get more relaxed and cure the cuts on my hands.
