Hi Jenny,
Avoid sweets before bedtime, as they can raise blood sugar and trigger inflammation that worsens eczema. Reducing sugar intake may also help lower stress and support skin recovery. Our prescription contains natural Sporolife, known for its excellent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and stress-relieving properties. It can help reduce both inflammation and stress very effectively.
When handling detergents, use powder-free nitrile gloves (preferably Japanese-made for quality). These are hypoallergenic and latex-free. To prevent irritation from sweating, wear cotton liners under the gloves.
We recommend the following prescription to improve your condition.
