Requesting Guidance to select patches

Hi
I am a 46 yr old female suffering with Hypothyroid since 1999 & Type 2 Dibetes since 2004 Currently taking Nature-throid & Metformin. I would like to lose about 25 lbs and improve my thyroid function and my Insulin sensitivity. I strictly eat a low carb raw/ vegan diet. I have had some galbladder pains, reflux and heart palpitations in recent months periodically. My Blood pressure also fluctuates a lot & hovers around 130/85 .
Please guide me to a protocol to place order for appropriate products and the duration for treament.
