Re(1): RLS

Hi there,

We highly recommend using the red edition (EXA-2) and blue edition pads (FX-2) for treating RLS. Some form of exercise for several minutes such as walking, stretching, meditation, yoga at bedtime or deep breathing for several minutes before/after the application can help speed up the recovery process.

Certain prescription medicines such as anti-nausea drug, antihistamines, SSRIs can worsen RLS so you may want to seek a second opinion with another physician before taking the prescription medicines.

All the best,
Kenrico Support
