Slow metabolism, asherman's syndrom

Hello,
We need your advice regarding several issues my wife is having, she is 35 year old, and usually healthy.
My wife has Asherman's Syndrom (bonding of scar tissue in the uterus) after she had a C-section 6 years ago, She also had a spontaneous abortion 8 years ago.
Also, she has unusual pain around the scar of the C-Section, which increases around her monthly cycle, which is usually long (1 full week).
Another thing, 18 years ago she had kidney stones which treated with medicine.
And lately she has slow metabolism as well, and I'm afraid it is all related.
