I also want to add I have pretty thick hair but in the last year
I loss a lot of hair and mainly on the right side of my head.
It's very noticeable because there's plenty of hair on left side of hair and on right I can see the scalp.
I realize the stress has caused a lot of damage to my skin too.on days when I have stress and minor anxiety, my skin is all red especially the face and chest.
