Weight gain, bloated and breathing problems

Dear Sir,

I tried different foot pads for two weeks to help with my sleep. At first, nothing changed, but later I had nightmares, gained weight, and felt bloated with breathing problems, especially after meals. The seller did not reply to me. I am 25 and healthy, but your foot pads are not available in Hong Kong, where I live. What do you suggest?
