Which pad is best for...

Drug exposure prior to birth coupled with 6 years on Depo-provera (which caused morbid obesity and serious hormonal problems), migraine, lupus, rheumetoid arthritis, dehabilitating fatigue, migraine, toxic medications for lupus and rheumetoid arthritis, nerve inflammation/damage, sjorgen's, problems with memory and concentration, lack of desire to eat yet no weight loss, constant nausea, severe pain, combination of severe fatigue with periods of insomnia despite the fatigue, and a host of other medical problems in a 28 year old female? I need to know the best course to use with the pads: which pad/pads would be best, how many, how often, and how long before results would begin to be noticed. Western medicine has been used and has reached the limits of how much it can help. Doctors are saying nothing more can be done and things will not get any better, in fact they can be expected to gradually get worse. I appreciate any advice you can offer. Please not the person that this is for has a very limited income of $600USD per month thus despite needing something to make things better also needs the solution to be inexpensive. I would also need information on how to find a distributor in the US as well. I greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
