White Spot

So, if "most" of the patch is white when removed does this mean I am not using the correct patch? I have high arches and try to make sure the patch has sufficient contact with the middle of my foot. I have also tried placing the patch in different areas on the sole of my foot. I have only just begun using the detox foot pads, so I have thought that I must be doing something wrong.
