The only health condition that I'm aware of is that I have severe recurring fibroids and bad menstrual cycles. I have family history of gout but I don't have that issue personally. I sometimes have pain in my right knee and right shoulder. When I put the gold patch on the corresponding points on my feet the are white too in the morning but the pain goes away after using the patches there for a few days. Other than those things I'm generally in good health. I don't exercise a lot but I do yoga several days a week. I use the super zeo on the groin/fallopian/lymph point as you suggested in the past and it's always white. Almost the entire patch. I use the gold everywhere else.
