One more question please. You are recommending a "Daily dosage of 2 patches per day". Do you mean 2 of each or 2 total? For instance, on Monday do I use 1 gold and 1 zeo for a total of 2 (one per foot?), or 2 golds and 2 zeos for a total of 4 (2 per foot?). Thank you again!
