The making of Kenrico Detox Pads (Sap sheet)
I. Ingredients
All of our ingredients are inspected and stored at the storage warehouse.
Our 24 hour temperature controlled warehouse ensures the ingredients stay fresh.



II. Initial weighing
Each ingredient is measured according to its percentage.

Electronic scale model DP-5301, with 4 digit precision.
4 digit precision scaler.



III. Mixing
The process of mixing the ingredients according to the specified formula.
Time for this process: 10 minutes.

Blender model: FM-V-500.
High capacity drum mixer.



IV. Post weighing
The process of weighing the mixed ingredients.

Electronic scale model: DS-690S-T.
Capacity: 50kg.
4 digit precision scaler.



V. Printing process
Sap Sheets are starting to form into a patch.

Printing machine model: CP-4FP.
Seal roller: 20 RPM.
Temperature of sealing (length): 115 +- 5 C.
Temperature of sealing (width): 105 +- 5 C.
Cutter: 1 block.
High quality printing, roller, and cutter machines.



VI. Sealing, packing and inspection
Sap Sheets are sealed individually inside a plastic sleeve.


Q/A team ensure that:
  • Sap Sheet is sealed properly inside a plastic sleeve.
  • No holes in the Sap Sheet seal causing a powder leak.
  • Text is printed properly on each Sap Sheet sleeve.
  • Sealing process did not put too much pressure on the Sap Sheet.
