Your nephew is in danger of becoming malnourished. Eating too much sweets and sugar deprives the body from key nutrients. Malnourished brain and body slows down physical and mental development during preadolescence.
Excessive sweets and sugar consumption can lead to behavioral and mental problems such as aggression, anger, depression, mood swings, poor focus, seizures, irritability, and hyperactivity.
