Hello,
I have followed the suggested protocol for 30 days now. I have not seen my symptoms decrease. My body is extremely fatigued, mainly due to lack of quality sleep. I am in bed for 7-9 hours each night, but partially awake, tossing and turning, and waking up extremely tired. I always had trouble sleeping, but since I started using pads my sleep became much worse.
For my second month, I removed the red/aqua protocol day because I was getting a very hot body at night and very uncomfortable heat throughout. I also felt no relief from this days protocol whatsoever. Instead I added the hot pink because I constantly feel lower back pain due to kidney dificiency and diabetes symptoms. I tried 1 pad of pink and noticed my random blurry vision had temporarily vanished, I felt slightly sharper in the mind. So I replaced red/blue with hot pink/trmx3.

Currently still have these issues:
-Severe sleep trouble and not rested when waking up
-extreme fatigue throughout the day
-lower back pain, kidney pain, thighs aching from fatigue
-Brain fog, lack of concentration/focus, poor memory

i have already purchased another 30 days of this same protocol. Please advise if I should try different protocol or decrease/increase dosages. I have faith in this product - I just think my body is either heavily detoxing and/or other major problems that are undetected. Please advise
