Hi there,
Detoxing too fast is when the toxins leave your body at a faster rate than normal, which may cause imbalances to your body. Although your body is free from toxins and may be free from sickness, you may feel some of the side effects of imbalances such as tiredness and the need of an extra day to rest.
The maximum number of pads that can be used per day is 8 pads. Although users may use more than 8 pads considering the size and weight of the body, we do not recommend using more than the recommended dosage per day.
