DHE pad placement

Is treatment for fat/obesity more effective with DHE pads on the feet according to reflexology points or on the actual location of stubborn body fat? For example for stomach fat, is it best to put the pad on the foot according to stomach point on reflexology chart or directly on the stomach itself?
