diabetic/neuopathy/severe PMS

Am interested in thoughts about a detox regimen --
I'm a 40 year old type 1 diabetic (of 38 years) with neuopathy in my feet
and poor circulation. I'd like to also cleanse my liver.
I also get severe PMS about 2 weeks out, and it throws my diabetes into turmoil. I think I might have PCOS.
My ankles can get swollen sometimes (usually around the time I'm
pre-menstrual or I've just been sitting at my desk at work too long).
I'd love more energy too.
How should I proceed...
