Hi Vee,
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemic) plus cardio can cause severe exhaustion. We recommend that you replace the cardio with a light exercise until your hypoglycemic has been treated. If you are in a weight loss program, please discontinue the program as it puts a lot of stress to your body.
Hypoglycemic can cause all sorts of health problems including chronic fatigue, blocked blood circulation, accelerated aging, etc. Blocked blood circulation may explain the pins and needles in your legs and arms. Excessive physical and emotional stress can cause sleep disorder such as loud snoring, restless sleep and sleep apnea.
