Gained weight fast, anxious, can't sleep well

I went and bought something cheap. Turned out to be a useless rubbish. I am suddenly gained weight fast. Don't feel very good (anxious). Can't sleep well (tremors). Should've gotten your foot pads in the beginning. You have wide varieties of foot pads. Please advise what to get to get rid of this problem once and for all. Thank you in advance.
