Hi Danijela,
Daily dosage of two (2) pads per day every day means that for Monday, you place 1 pad of TRMX-3 30th Anniversary on one foot and 1 pad of the Enhanced Aqua Cool TUV on the other foot, or vice-versa, according to the prescribed placement areas.
The viral spread is caused by immunodeficiencies or weak immune system. Immunodeficiencies happens when mitochondrial health deteriorates as they are part of the response chain of the body immune system. When there are cellular damage, stress, or infection by pathogens (such as viral), mitochondria signal the immune system to produce inflammatory response and to participate in the production of ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) which is an antiviral signaling. If the mitochondrial health deteriorates, they cannot function as signaling platforms and participate in effector responses.
Imagine that you have a security system set up in your home. When there is a security breach in your home, you cannot alert the authorities because the security system is broken. The security system is the mitochondria. Authorities are the immune system. Obviously, you represents your body.
