Could you please explain more detail how do I use 8 pads per day, if you said at recommend 2 type of detox foot pads a day, such as: Monday are LEXIRIN and TRMX-3. It means that I have to repeat the same things after a few hours?
Is there minimum age to use detox foot pads?
