First thank you so much for your great insight and prescription. Can DHE and TRMX-3 be the best combo for me? I have been on TRMX-3 for the past year and I feel my stress is very moderate now and manageable. My eczema also cleared from the first month. Now I want to look good (I'm very overweight), so I'm thinking to exercise. I am concerned about exercising because I don't want to get muscles pain, overly stressed or even depressed again. What would you advise me to do?
