Yes, they have to be applied simultaneously. Most of the treatment (not all) requires placing the device on the reflex points for optimal results. One of the few exception is the Diamond Hybrid Edition DHE which can be placed on the reflex points or directly on the part of the body depending on the prescribed weekly protocol.
For instance, on Monday's protocol according to your prescribed weekly protocol, you can apply Supreme Gold Edition TRMX-3 30th Anniversary onto the reflex point of liver on the right foot, and Diamond Hybrid Edition DHE onto the reflex point of solar plexus on the left foot.
Also, on Tuesday's protocol according to your prescribed weekly protocol, you can apply Super Detox Edition ZEO onto the reflex point of kidney on the left foot and Supreme Gold Edition TRMX-3 30th Anniversary onto the reflex point of brain stem / cerebellum / head on the right foot.
About symptoms from mitral valve prolapse (prolapse that require no surgery) such as irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), dizziness or lightheadedness, shortness of breath, fatigue, and chest pain, they can be effectively treated with the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX-3 30th Anniversary and the Green Edition KX-2.
