lung cleanse from cannabis, geoengineering & city pollution

I have lived in a polluted city, smoked cannabis regularly for over a decade, and live in a place where heavy metals (nanoparticulate aluminum, barium and strontium) from geoengineering rain down upon me daily. I am wondering how to best cleanse my lungs, with which sap sheet and where to place the detox pad for optimal lung cleansing. Thank you so much in advance for your help in cleansing my lungs :)
