According to the United States National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the standard of fluid consumption for an adult living in temperate climate is 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids per day for men or 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids per day for women. Water treated by the Kenrico Ion Water Purifier GOLD can be consumed within the same guideline.
