Moderate alzheimers/dementia

Please advise. Using TRMX4, ZEO, WRX-1, EXA, CCI. Recently prescribed with Memantine Hcl 5mg. Have HBP, cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and 76 years old. Thank you.
