Hi Sun33,
Any of the reflex points that correspond to liver or lymph glands are sufficient when placing the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX-3 30th Anniversary. There is no need to target both reflex points of liver and lymph glands at the same time, but it is mandatory to target at least one reflex point according to your prescribed weekly protocol.
If the Quick Edition QU-1 goes onto the right foot, you can place the Red Edition EXA-2i onto the left foot. However, please ensure that the placement corresponds to the reflex points according to the prescribed schedule.
