Hi there,
Neck pain can be a symptom of a more serious problem. If your pain is accompanied by headache and fever, you most likely are suffering from Meningitis, a more serious infection around the brain. Since you did not indicate fever in your symptoms, your neck pain is probably from muscle spasm, but also may be from Rheumatoid Arthritis, an inflammatory joint disease, or Fibromyalgia, a chronic condition affecting muscles and tendons.
We highly recommend using our red edition pads (EXA-2) and the special edition pads (green tea CC pads) for treating Rheumatoid Arthritis. If you are suffering from Fibromyalgia, our gold edition pads (TRMX-2) and the green edition pads (KX-2) are highly recommended.
To relieve symptoms of neck pain caused by muscle spasm, please use the hot edition pads (WRX-2 with carbon titanium adhesives) and the gold edition pads (TRMX-2).
