Need Recommendations for Family

I need some guidance on which patches to buy.
1. I have chronic pain due to nerve damage in cervical and lumbar. I also
have labral cartilage tear in hip. High levels of stress and history of
ulcers
2. Sister has digestive issues that are undiagnosed, chronic constipation
and cramping
3. Husband is slightly overweight with fatigue and seeming IBS
4. Brother is 25+ lbs overweight, high blood pressure and past prostrate
inflammation
5. Mother is 25+ lbs overweight, diabetic, severe depression and addiction
to medications for sleep and anxiety
